A former psychotherapist, Rebecca Wolff founded her Wealth Collective to bring something rare to wealth management: the integration of emotional intelligence with sophisticated financial strategy. As Founder and Principal Advisor, she partners with successful professionals, accomplished women, and multigenerational families to make thoughtful, well-informed decisions about how wealth is preserved, shared, and experienced.
Her approach is shaped by a unique path. Before entering the financial world, Rebecca spent nearly a decade as a licensed psychotherapist. With a master’s degree in counseling psychology, she developed a deep understanding of how emotions, family dynamics, and life experiences influence decision-making. Today, she integrates that insight with analytically rigorous financial planning, helping clients navigate complexity with both clarity and care.
As a fiduciary, Rebecca is committed to acting in her clients’ best interests at every step. She offers a highly personalized experience—combining technical precision with a calm, steady presence. Clients value her ability to simplify complexity, guide meaningful conversations across generations, and design strategies that align financial objectives with deeply held values.
At the heart of her work is a belief that wealth should support a life well-lived—and a legacy that feels intentional, connected, and enduring. Whether guiding clients through growth, transition, or generational wealth transfer, Rebecca serves as a trusted partner in aligning financial decisions with her clients' goals and aspirations.
Rebecca is a Registered Investment Advisor and holds the FINRA Series 6, 7, 65, and 66 licenses, along with the Financial Services Certified Professional® designation. She also earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She is a lifelong learner and remains committed to ongoing training in the areas of behavioral finance, advanced planning, tax efficiency, and risk management, underscoring the intersection between relational, behavioral, and strategic financial alignment in a fast-paced and quickly changing world.
Rebecca lives in Seattle with her husband Scott and their three children who keep them laughing, grounded, and constantly amazed. Their 11-year-old son is a passionate soccer player and gifted pianist—you might even catch him playing his keyboard at the local farmer's market on weekends. Their middle daughter, 8, is a brilliant, joyful spirit who dreams of becoming a ballerina and seeing the first female president of the United States (even if she has to take on the role herself). And their three-year-old son is pure joy, usually found speeding down the sidewalk on his scooter with his backpack full of his favorite toys.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys running, practicing hot yoga, and spending weekends with her family by the water. The balance and intentionality she brings to her own life directly informs how she helps clients think about their financial futures—recognizing that true success is about more than accumulation; it's about creating space for what matters most.
